Totally agree with your post. The "vague" proposed take over bid has not shown me as a shareholder how a new board would add more value.

This meeting is not a normal meeting where a shareholder can afford to be complacent and not vote. The results of this meeting will either make or break Padbury.

Whatever your stance at least vote. The takeover merchants will have their cronies out in force.

I too will be out if the resolutions get carried.

So...5 againsts ticks here as well.
