Putting aside why you voted against in the first place (and risk letting CF33 go somewhere else?) there is something in this. Over the last 6 days 3.6 million shares have changed hands. If these were all sold to one entity it would represent some 18% of shares outstanding. Even taking into account some of these going back and forth, or to different people, I think we can still assume that one buyer is taking a large proportion and taking a large stake in the company.
Who this person is, and their intentions, is important. Does anyone know how long it can take until we find this out? I understand the company needs to report a new significant shareholder - can someone tell me what the rules are behind this?
