While I had only one son it was simple that he would get the house and every thing, then son number 2 from a different mother came on the seen. If I split equally son number 2 would eventually end up with 1.5 houses (ie his mothers house) and son number 1 ends up with 0.5 house.
Matter of opinion but I am thinking that I should structure the will so son number one get my home and leave some other assets/investments to son number two who would eventually inherit his mothers home and estate
