Yeah, more or less told my brother that. I personally don't have anything to do with him but my other two brothers and my sister ruled out that idea.

I do need to sort my will, my thinking is that there is good logic and reasoning in what I propose and son number 2 will be adequately provided for so as long as I leave him some thing should be OK.
