The trouble is, if you want to leave out a kid but they're smart enough to know the law they will argue the toss and basically consign your wishes to the bin.
If you have a plan to cut one of your children out of your will because you have a valid reason the only way to safe guard your wishes is to do it before you die.
If it comes to a court battle the only people that get any money are the lawyers.
My only advice to anyone who is contemplating leaving one or all of their children out of their will is to get the best lawyer they can afford and ask their advice.
The courts don't care what the dead person wants because they can't challenge the decision.
