I know of a horrible person who basically stole her fathers house off of her adult children.
Her father was estranged from his kids for a couple of decades and her 2 children looked after him.
She swooped in about 3 weeks before he died , kicked her son out of the house and found the will that he had drawn up but not posted and destroyed it.
Her brother, who knew what type of person she was fought her in court for the deceased estate, less than $300k.
Not because he need the money but because he knew what aloe life she was.
They ended up settling 2 years down the track with the lawyers getting about a third.
