    I'm assuming that the deal is still in the making. In other words TNY haven't got anything to announce yet (except maybe the deal will be signed next week) why else would they leave it till the very last minute? It's a definate pain. Boy did I get a fright when you mentioned the ASX stepping in lol. For one terrible second I thought you were going to say they had beed suspended or de-listed or something. I'm a natural pessimist lol
