Once PRESIDENT BIDEN is sworn into office in January an avalanche of indictments will crash onto Don "THE CON" Trump's head. Bookmakers are taking bets now if he resigns beforehand so Pence can pardon him for Federal crimes. There are also many state crimes that Pence can't pardon him for. I believe the SDNY will have first crack at him.
