The Department of Environment Regulation will advertise the issuing of this licence in the public notices section of The West Australian newspaper. The licence includes attached conditions. Under section 58(1) of the Act, it is an offence to contravene a condition of a licence. This offence carries a penalty of up to $125,000 and a daily penalty of up to $25,000.
