Unfortanetely, because of Indigenous corporations, ministers, activists and people like yourself, who keep telling the Indigenous that they are victims, nothing will change. The reality is the Indigenous receive way more benefits and perks than any other Australians. The "racist" card is being used to prevent honest discussion, hide facts and create false realities to suit. An example, in your post, is calling it youth crime, reality is it is Indigenous juvenile crime. Never hear this used in the news because it is classed as racist. Moving forward and not pretending this is 200 years ago, would be a start.
