vert, obviously the problem is youth, so what we should do is stop this failed experiment of breeding, which only encourages their proliferation.
it is abundantly clear that all the places in the world which have adopted a policy of breeding are beset with social problems right now, so the logical solution is to scrap it entirely.
the only places where you don't see such problems are in the homosexual communities, so we should all adopt a policy of only being gay for the betterment of all mankind.
and if you think that sounds stupid, you should listen to some of the other solutions to social problems being suggested in this forum:)
