Thanks Prestonian. They have to raise cash at some point unless they are able to receive significant revenue from some source. Realistically this would be from licensing the technology rather than product sales. I think it is sensible for them to include a capital raising in the valuation. The question for me is - at what share price? If they do a capital raising after good trial results then the dilution is much reduced. In this scenario the revised valuation would be between your one above and theirs.
