If you're "Mrs Smtih hairdresser" you go to the back of the line. If you're British Airways then they come and see you straight away. That's why they're developing the auto system as some businesses have likely been waiting for over a year to get done.
Where did you hear about these changes? I'm interesting to know more about their US pipeline plan. I'm very skeptical that this model will have even the slightest success over there. Completely different market and they're going in with little reputation. Wait and see I guess.
