The amount of director buying suggests to me they are pretty happy with the deposit.
I note that Richard Wolanski and Anthony Barton have also stepped aside of their positions at EQU, presumably to focus on SPM. Whilst the pace of development at SPM hasn't been as quick as you would like I get the feeling that could change in the coming year.
