If the lawyers are acting within the law - then it is the law that has to be changed
Dont forget the lawyers are simply plugging in to a greed mentality coupled with a sense that "its got tobe someone elses fault - cant be mine"
Change the law - set a limit on damages. Have a system that vets the frivolus claims
There's heaps of things to be done but greed aint goin away
