I'll share with you how I felt lucky... for a few months. I follow a few fund managers that I like and have a good record and one of them was praising AMP in a letter to shareholders (see page 11 if you wish...).
I didn't do my own reserach, so I don't complain- but it was in fact quite predictable. After the "fall" , i started digging - here's for example what AMP infrastructure fund has invested in - mostly airports, and they are certainly not doing well now.
So, I must have been be mad - there's plenty of info for most of the large companes, and I trusted someone else to think instead of me - so that's why I am here whinning instead of (drinking shampagne, buying new car, investing in other stocks etc.).
