FMS' CAPEX announcement is a joke. ASIC allows this sort of hood winking?! The estimate leaves so many major costs out as to make it completely useless to asses its validity.
"direct mine costs" is only a part of the cost structure. How is FMS going to get their ore to market, fairy god mother? What about owner's costs and contingencies? This is a shocker and defines a new low in cynicism.
the original $1.2B estimate is closer to the mark, and even then it's probably too low.
