    I don’t query their MO. It’s pretty obvious. Buy at cash backing, hope the current management do a good job to lift the share price and sell at a profit. Alternatively, if the business goes south they can move to take control of the remaining cash more easily than any other group.
    It’s a good low risk strategy.
