Well most brokers will allow it, but it is still a no no in the eyes of ASIC
I imagine most of the loose insto stock is gone, what is left should be cornerstones and any loose "sophs" who were luckily enough to secure lines and are waiting for stock
YOW might hit 50C or goes below I reckon by Thu, page-25
