    It looks like the new patent method has been used on the Angry Bird chocolate eggs.

    The two chocolate pieces are not fused together like Hank's patent. They are seperated as you can clearly see the toy in the middle.

    Good luck with him lodging any patent infringement court cases. This design is completely different.
