In 12 months they should have a profitable business with net profit of 8 million ( annualised) so just what expansion could absorb all that cash unless they are foolish and head towards not using toll production etc and set up their own factories. Expenditure on expansion doesn't all come in one lump and there is a large time delay as we have seen with introduction to USA delayed so as long as you have efficient production capacity and good transport links you don't need loads of capital and targeted marketing will be enough later followed by all the lic products etc. The launch of the lic products is a big cash burner and high risk especially if you don't have volume being distributed and direct contact with your clients so sooner they roll out the better .

If in 12 months a bank won't lend em money or factor their invoices they have severely screwed up.

The biggest time constraint is to get entrenched in USA and have all LIC products out there and a generation or 2 of kids addicted before the market gets other copycats. The attractiveness of the Yowie stories and enviro should always give it a edge but again they need it driven by the web to be efficient and keep a point of difference and reason to buy.


Such a great product and easy to promote so I hope they get it half right and we will all do well but make no mistake we are a real business now and have capital so don't need slimy brokers and financiers from the market .
