Net profit of $8m in 12 months you say? Maybe YOW will, maybe it won't but the Fosters report indicates 12m units need to be sold to break even so what is your unit sale estimate for the next 12 months? It would need to be quite a lot to clear $8m.
And sure debt capital is an option but why would you assume it's a better one than capital raising? If YOW can capital raise at a favourable price without undue dilution it's often a better option than incurring the cost associated with debt.
