Re: Institutions - if you look at the purchase data there's been a bot buying all the way down. There was also a bot selling in there for a couple of days as well, although that seemed to not last too long.
Re: Buy on the century - why would you buy into a downtrend, wait till a confirmed reversal and then jump in... you will well end up wih bloody hands if you miss the falling knife.
