I don't know how it's an "opportunistic" bid when the bid is roughly cash backing. The YOW business model isn't profitable and never will be. They are bleeding almost US$2m in the latest quarter. You'd be hard pressed to find someone willing to buy the YOW business. People can kick and scream that the business is worth something, but the reality is an unprofitable business is next to worthless, especially one that has been in existence for as long as YOW has been. So all that leaves is cash in the bank, which is diminishing every day.
