So, I am going purely off of memory here so correct me if I am wrong. With Walmart secured and a national rollout being conducted, one can only assume this CR is being done to either increase Yowie production or to go hard on promotion (or a combination of both).
With 2 wrapping machines and 20m/yr capacity each, that's 40m units a year. With a national rollout of a major retailer this should easily be filled. 500 units per store per week = 39m units and that's on the conservative side. Walmart has over 4000 stores in the US, so one can only assume a complete rollout to all stores can not be done simply due to the fact they can not output enough product.
At 40m units a year, with a 40c profit per unit, that's $16m a year, before taking into consideration that they will be increasing production. So even at a PE of 10, that puts the company at a MC of $160m. Now these are quick basic figures so I'm keeping it simple, but it does highlight the magnitude of this announcement.
