Some guy paid money to buy in bulk hoping to collect the set ?
My guess that same guy would have been trying to flip the set on ebay for a higher price hoping to have achieved an arbitrage
YOW's job is to sell chocolate with random animal figures inside, not to cater to idiot's needs like this mailing specific animals to complete their set
