Well, if YOW doesn't release any news in the next day or so they clearly have nothing to worry about if they get a speeding ticket. But if tomorrow before the AGM they do issue a very positive announcement, like a Walmart rollout or even just a strong performance during the trial they might have some explaining to do. Of course it's not going to effect the share price or companies prospects, and they might just get away with say "Don't know anything about it" but it's not a good look.
