For me the recent successful trial in Dubai where it competing against kinder surprise and everything else on the market, reduces this risk a fraction. Subsequent successful trials in the Middle East, Europe and other regions will further reduce the risk.
Also remember that it successfully competed against kinder surprise in Australia for over a decade.
