I got the sense in the teleconference Bert wasn't overly worried by the litigation, but was willing to pay a 'nuisance' payment for whetstone to go away. Still, I think it was Hartleys who were asking about it in the teleconference so the unresolved nature of the litigation may still be hurting us, even if it is the case that the litigation is questionable.

On another note, saw a sell for Bellamys in paper this morning on the basis that angry shareholders will get in the way of any uplift in share price. Made me think of yowie over last year. Hopefully we are getting rid of our own last angry shareholders and onwards and upwards from here
