Fosters comes up with a $1.10 now with a 50% discounting for current sales. Not saying Fosters are right, but at least they justify their numbers.
Break even is something much less than 40m - probably around 12m, so talk of a capital raising when there is 11m cash in the bank is a little alarmist.
Having said that, no doubt like yourself, I am happy for the market to think that a capital raising will be required so I can get more a bit cheaper. Any future capital raising is likely to really ramp up expansion because they have signed up an exponential amount of accounts - if that happens, the share price will be well north of here.
