That's correct teddy. If you priced the options correctly however using any number of options pricing models, they should trade at a premium. Not being able to participate in certain rights issues (which YOW traditionally have only offered to sophisticated investors anyway) doesn't justify a discount.
The simple fact is that you would have made more money trading or holding YOWO over the past 12 months than YOW due to the leverage, even with the discount.
