The competition-who's-name-can't-be-mentioned will be going in for the kill now. All they need to do is outspend YOW for a few months and it is all over. There really is no way of this mess as YOW can't afford a long price war given the sharks are circling.
The best solution is to wind up the company and give the cash back to the shareholders. Any other option is just going to bleed cash. Quite a disaster.
