These are just my opinion, but he may know more
1)Depending on which Yowie would like to take. They can choose to settle it off the court or Yowie can sue the company that is doing what 'exactly' the same as Yowie.
2)Pretty sure Yowie can get an injunction from the court to stop them from filing it?
