It is very interesting. I watched interviews with those people met Liu Han for business, he does absolutely everything as his own decision like old school businessman. So MOL may able to move on and sp may reflect cash-backing of 22c (plus other assets).
If (that is if) he is executed, I feel sorry for him. In Australia, you have to beg judge to send you to jail for this sort of "crime".
The article in The Australia talked about the charge was he harboured his brother (only a suspect for murder). But what's Chinese government's main motive charging him and (possibly) executed him???
I think I know why. I rather NOT say here on HC.
What I understand is "you are only corrupt (in China) if someone high up doesn't like you."
