I do not know all the facts regarding Liu Han except that he seems to have had a colourful past. Hanlongs business in Australia does not have a very good reputation. Insider trading, T/O that never went anywhere, which makes the business community here is Australia look at the Chinese with some trepidation. The Chinese authorities must be very upset with his shenanigans. Perhaps this is why he is nowhere to be found.
