When the announcement of the Sea Struct finalisation was released, it stated that the issue price of the $5.1m worth of shares to Sea Struct would be determined by the VWAP of the shares over a 10 day period, and we have no idea when that period was. If yesterday was the last day, then the lower the share price on higher volume would bring down the issue price of the shares to Sea Struct, meaning they would get more shares.

Yes it's market manipulation and yes it's illegal, and no I have no way of knowing if that was the reason for the fall yesterday, but I was just speculating.

The complete reversal today makes it even more difficult to understand.
