I think that Market cap number is wrong.
The August 5th Appendix 3B stated that there are about 101 million shares on issue. This includes the escrowed shares which were issued to the vendors of the business.
On that basis, market cap is about 27 million, with 75% of these shares not trading for about 2 years.
