Interesting the Nowantha land is that what was owned by Bill Hassels Company.....They were granted an exploration licence for Uranium......Question must be asked ...Does the company have a legal right now to pull what was discovered out of the ground....Is Labour party policy Law???? Carpenter could have a real problem here as Howard wants uranium mining.Remember Dr K Hames granted an exploration licence for uranium on behalf of the State!!!!I wonder what crown law dept thinks????
