These all need to make concentrate before downstream processing. So the mining cost (depth of ore) and concentrate quality will determine a lot about these projects in terms of $ value.
After that the downstream costs are mainly reagent driven. TIVAN has a large acid consumption and the Roasting process has large sodium salt consumption. TIVAN is still unproven on a commercial process scale....
Then the trick is what products to make that will return the most revenue.
