With finance from Korea, TNG could make a take-over offer to YRR. In that way, they increase the resource base without digging another hole. MCap of YRR is a miserly $8m, a fraction of TNG's.
I think there is a lot of upside in YRR long term. Proactive Investors reckon the SP is 3.2c to 4.6c in the near term. Current SP is 1.3c
