Yttrium and i had a discussion months back about telstra 3s call being non recourse ie if you do not pay it then you just lost your installments no liability, but after posts on the other thread the TLSs website says the opposite, ie if sale proceeds less than call then the trustee could come after you for your call.

The relationship to BCSCA was i was arguing that people should have known better as soon as they saw the 5 digit code rather than a normal 3 digit one
