Can't find anything current on Yu Man Ying Lulu apart from what we already know ie RJT shares, tried a few Hong Kong search engines as well.
Looks like she was a director of HKC (Hong Kong Construction) from 1998 - 2000, she resigned from HKC in Dec 2000, her father is still the chairman of HKC as per 2007 Annual report.

Ms YU Man Ying, Lulu, 38, received both her undergraduate degree and master's of international affairs from Columbia University of the United States. Ms Yu, who is the daughter of Mr C P Yu, the Company's honorary chairman, previously worked as a journalist and is the managing director of Arome Bakery (HK) Co Ltd.

My gut feeling is Ms Yu knows that the property values in Japan haven't dropped that much, the recent BJT (B&B) revaluation of their properties confirms this as well, DYOR. We will wait for the RJT revaluations.
PS I tried searching for Alex WOO (top of the fax of change in substantial holding ANN) but nothing comes back in relation to Ms Yu.
