    I would guess the same buyer as mentioned above, pretty likely that goldman sachs sold their remaining 5% today. Maybe they are not allowed to hold companies like this that got booted out of ASX 300?

    Currency moves should have made latest NTA jump from 0.48 to 0.55.

    Then if they took 150m book val of prop and made a fire sale (sold for 100m - massive discount to already massive haircuts just reported in writedowns) they would still have 0.43 NTA with no liquidity concerns until Nov 09. It is tough to sell property but at least that amount is easier to sell than the huge numbers a Centro would need to do, yet everyone wants to punt on the Centro story when I read the CNP thread.

    Warning - Always do the opposite to my thinking on RJT, I always get it wrong! :)

    surely the lowest geared of the rubicons should trade at highest price in this environment?
