How do you get shares in a private company?

I said Bioglobal was the reason I got into CNN. Bioglobal was worth much more to CNN and small shareholders two years ago than it is today. Don't forget that Bio has had annual capital raisings and hence, CNN's share has decreased. Also, add the fact that we will shorthly have over 1B shares on issue, so even if we get a pro rata,we will get a pittance compared to two years ago.

On the question of the capital raising today, where is it mentioned that Pat has finished? This is only the first tranche.

Sugarbowl, I have stated on a number of occasions that this man has no ethics. By your statement you seem to agree. If there are sales out there, why the capital raising? Why is he so hell bound in sticking the knife into current shareholders? Also, don't you love the rampers' comments? "He has convinced some astute investors"! Really? We know them do we? Give me a break!
