GrubHub/Yum! agreement in February
Looks like the boys are in very good company and penetrating the exact channels they need to be.
Interesting to see Yum! buy $200m of GrubHub stock. Could Yum! have been the mystery investor looking for a strategic investment in the Dec $75m placement?

Agreed. The deal between yum and grubhub is a positive for schwifty IMO. To me this shows the value of the integrations with those various software platforms... But what do us holders know right?

Mate.
1. Grubhub is an online ordering website, Getswift is a SAAS software solution. I don't see how this announcement removes the need for GSW. Why did Grubhub integrate GSW's software then? Perhaps because they weren't happy with their current software?
2. For Yum the partnership with Grubhub not only bolsters its online delivery numbers through its use of Grubhub's networks/logistics solution, it will also in fact massively INCREASE the need for GSW's software.
I can't understand how you don't see this? Grubhub and Getswift AREN'T competing with each other. It's a symbiotic relationship more than anything.

This was a brilliant find! Maybe these guys have our best interest in mind after all? Going out for drinks tonight to celebrate even further evidence of GSW thriving.
