I would be bothered if I had thought it was going to be rolled out in the USA and then found out otherwise. How can it worry me now if it didn't worry me back in December when I realised it was for the middle east and asia pacific ?

It's still a partnership for a large market. Will still be money coming in if it delivers. Sure it would be nice to have the US market too but it's not the end of the world. There are other partnerships to be made if this is all genuine.
