    My understanding is that Yum! sold Pizza Hut Australia to Allegro, a private equity firm here in Australia, under a master franchising arrangement.

    Under one of these agreements, I would assume that Pizza Hut Australia would sit outside of the Yum! eco-system? I.e. Any successful trial of software in Pizza Hut Australia would not necessarily indicate a world wide roll out?
