This latest drilling campaign is either:
a) bizarre and completely off course
b) opportunistic
c) a cunning plan

Now a) would not surprise me.
However b) is possible given there has been a lot of Chinese interest and buy in to SAY ? so there?s possibly a connection there that has been made and they just decided to go after it.
Or c). I think someone here has mentioned that it may be part of a larger strategic play to get Chinese investment in the South American interests. I?m not 100% on how that will work.

I?m resigned to waiting and seeing what happens. It can?t be any worse than anything else that they?ve done.
But whether a, b or c, it does have a touch of the bizarro
