One could argue it's a rerating. Drama queens? Number 4 reactor is spewing radiation. I just remember thinking "I'm glad there's no nuclear reactors in Perth." I wonder how those with nuclear reactors feel. I'm not suggesting huge protests screaming "shut it down", but I am suggesting reluctance to new reactors being built. Still, there are over 400 reactors in the world, and they will need uranium. But I doubt it will be quite as spectacular as many were hoping. Pen should survive, it has cash. You may see a DCB tomorrow.
