i have no interest in pen anymore but had some friendships whilst holding on the pen thread, there are better opportunities out there, pen is in the very risky basket now... Local permits delay and DFS delay, two fundamental issues.. Shares on issue will come back to bite hard if there is no progress, they will not raise the required funding as per nucore pulling out. good luck all.
